Terms & Conditions — vd22 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the vd22 website accessible at vd22.io, including all games, betting markets, account features, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any registered user of the vd22 Platform who has successfully completed the account registration process.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player on vd22, through which all gaming activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's vd22 Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

To access real-money games and betting markets on vd22, you must register a Player Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the vd22 Platform. If vd22 identifies that you have opened or are attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — vd22 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or settled transactions conducted through those Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. vd22 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where available for additional Account protection.
• Never access your vd22 Account from a shared or public device without logging out fully upon completion of your session.

vd22 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available methods and associated transaction limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All Account transactions on vd22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. vd22 does not impose any Platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals conducted through its supported payment channels, though your payment provider may apply their own applicable fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed by vd22 within the same business day for standard amounts, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of any ongoing account review. vd22 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional due diligence is required, including but not limited to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review, KYC document verification, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to method availability.
• vd22 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings may be included in a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account holds an outstanding balance of active Bonus Funds that have not yet been wagered through.
• vd22 reserves the right to perform additional review on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on vd22, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all vd22 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different Accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per Player lifetime on vd22.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

For sports betting markets, including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and kabaddi, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds change in real time; the odds confirmed at the moment of bet submission are the final odds for that wager.
• vd22 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published as a result of a manifest error or technical fault, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In the event of a match, event, or fixture being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, vd22 applies standard industry void rules. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• All bet settlements are conducted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

vd22 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Player at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns suggest match manipulation, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd22 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on vd22 under any identity, email address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by vd22 for verification purposes.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf without vd22's prior written consent.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer environments.
• Any form of bonus abuse including, but not limited to, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, making deposits solely to trigger a bonus without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt vd22's servers, networks, databases, or technical infrastructure by any means.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your vd22 Account or any funds or credits held within it.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.

• Using the vd22 brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vd22's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. vd22's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Court order, law enforcement request, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

• Identification of the Account as a duplicate of another existing Account held by the same individual.

Where an Account is closed by vd22 due to confirmed breach of these Terms, vd22 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including real-money funds, where those funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means or are subject to a pending AML investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all Account closure scenarios resulting from breach of Terms.

vd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus rules — vd22 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to third-party contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication to vd22.io/terms-conditions.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Your continued use of the vd22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the vd22 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vd22 operates the Platform as a safe and reliable entertainment service for Players in Bangladesh. vd22 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside the Platform's intended market.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the vd22 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of access. vd22 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in contravention of local law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and vd22 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other dispute resolution mechanism. vd22's decision on all matters relating to the Platform — including game outcomes, Account reviews, and bonus eligibility — is final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
